Had the parents over to check out the new place and hang with tze bebemonster this afternoon. Good times, in fact. They're dramatically closer now, so such things should be happening more often. M. cooked a tasty dinner. Also, there was belated birthday strudel. Bebe was extra-charming, to wit.

Last night was a fine soiree at the pad of safetypup and nalroth. I kept wandering from one geeky conversation to the next, through no fault of my own. Geekier than my usual conversations, which is saying a lot. Didn't get as plastered as expected, but there's nothing wrong with that. Excellent time with excellent people.

Busy day of housework on tap for tomorrow. Hopefully some eBaying as well. Oh, and those evites I've been putting off for a week now.
