So. Pretty much every day for lunch, I hit the Giant salad bar, and put something simple and tasty together. It's part of my campaign to get back near being in shape. (I've dramatically cut down on the soda intake, for instance.) But while I know the ingredients I'm including in the salad are tasty and vaguely healthy, I always ponder what's healthier than what? Naturally, I presumed a poll would be the best way to figure this out. Trying to focus on the healthier ingredients, here.
