So, the last CoH character I made, I started a Dark Melee/regeneration scrapper just on a lark, to see why they were so popular?

Just hit 24th last night, officially making him my highest level character. It's that efficient. And, honestly, fun.

Went for the second costume mission... and the cape!


The original costume. Dark and sp00ky, in a Canadian sort of way. (He's the one on the left.)
