Transcript of Bush's speech last night, courtesy WashingtonPost.com.

BBC analysis didn't get much out of it. Post Analysis says the speech lacked actual answers. NYTimes analysis sees a tough five-weeks coming up for the President. NYTimes also has an editorial with some advice for Bush. The review by Tom Shales notes the major networks chose not to carry the speech.
