Oh, the one thing I forgot to mention in my comments on Dawn of the Dead: the scene during the closing credits.

I really don't think it was necessary. The original left off well-before that, which is sort of a 'sailing into the sunset' thing. Seeing them running out of supplies, getting to an island, and finding it full of zombies, and leaving their fate unclear, I am not sure what that adds to the film. Just kinda stuck out IMHO.
