I like rain, but only when I don't have to go out in it

Dear Mr. Bus Driver: If you're going to pass my stop, only deigning to pick me up when I'm waving my umbrella as you drive by, and you stop fifty feet later, in literally a lake of two inches of water that I have to step in, twice, to get on the bus, then, you know, a simple 'sorry' would go a long way to improving my mood.

Just left the bookbag at home today. Took the big umbrella in. Only soaked from the knees down.
