I woke up to find the catbeast at the foot of the bed, her usual sleeping spot. Except that at some point during the night, M. had stretched out her legs into that same spot, but the cat was determined not to give up her spot. Even if that meant her being squished between M.'s feet and the sleeping bag on the chest at the end of the bed.
