M. and I swung by and picked up elizardaa and dreamerdevie, headed to downtown Silver Spring, and hit the AFI.

Pan's Labyrinth is a fantastic flick. Dark fantasy thick with symbolism and parallels. Visually stunning, shockingly graphic in parts, and worth hitting theaters to see it on the big screen. I don't want to give away too much, but I definitely want to see it again, to catch things I missed the first time. Highly recommended.

But no trailers? You AFI bastards.
