OK, one way or another, kara-oke is ON for this Friday evening.

Now, the question is: location, location, location. [el snippo.] As always, I'm open to suggestions/debates on this matter, as I don't feel strongly one way or another. We're shooting for a better selection than the place we had last time, yet slightly larger than downstairs at Remington's. (Upstairs at Remington's had both a tiny selection and no air conditioning, so, yeah, no.)

Sadly, Regent has to move the next day, so she won't be able to join us. (Oh, and all kara-oke-ers are encouraged to help her move, of course.)

[EDIT: J's is right out, see comments for discussion on locations.]

"What's really worrying is when the sight of a tank rolling by your car is just normal. It doesn't freak you out anymore, or frighten you. It's just another tank. That's scary, but that's our daily life. But that's just not what normal should look like."
