Yesterday was a day of awesome episodes of TV. OK, two were on DVD, but still.

Homicide "Three Men and Adena"
Basically, two cops try to get a confession out of a suspect. Ninety percent of the episode is those three guys, in a single room. So, so keen, I am definitely a convert to this whole Homicide thing.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer "Restless"
Once again, came in slightly late on the F/X rerun ('Your Buffy and Armageddon Channel') so I still don't have it on tape. Though, DVD soon, I would wager. Anyways. I could watch that episode every day and not get tired of it.

Cowboy Bebop "Toys in the Attic"
Hee hee, leftovers.

Samurai Jack
They just finished rerunning the original three-part episode, and man, so, so good.

A couple days ago, one of my co-workers, referring to the current re-org at work (moving everyone left in the three-story building into our smaller one-story building,) has made our room look like a refugee camp. This is getting more and more true, now there's stuff in all the walkways. I went to get a soda first thing in the morning, no less than ten people in the snack room. Went for coffee later, four people in the coffee nook. Today's bit of surreality: another department moved into the room with us. Now, in their other room, they had full-height cubes, and these plastic screens they put in their cube entrances, to block out distractions or whatever. So they set them up in here, in their new *half-height* cubes. It looks ridiculous, I can't get over it. And it's only function that I can see is making it harder to get in and out of their cubes.

ONE BIT OF QUIZ:
My Mormon name is KPaul Damascus!
What's yours?

TWO BITS OF NEWS:
* I once again give the Senate props, this time for talking back to the FCC.
* Right, missile defense, forgot about that one.

RQ is still sick, so I have to stay home again to take care of bebe. Very annoying, I'm sick of the house myself. Of course, it's more annoying for her because she is actually ill and everything; now they don't think it's strep, but they don't know what it is, so they took her blood to check.

...And this also means the possible plans for me hosting tomorrow night are right out as well.
b.a.h. Frustrated.
