NEWS: Good lord, now Kissinger is back to kill us all. Some hard numbers on the AIDS crisis worldwide. The government also has a wacky plan to end tariffs on manufactured goods. Crazy week: exhuming the remains of Alexandre Dumas and the Russians finally make it to the moon.
