CAN'T TRUST THAT DAY:
* An inside look at a dehumanizing North Korean work camp.
* Good read: "Trayvon Martin and the right's race problem." Also, examining the agenda in discrediting Trayvon Martin.
* Jonathan Bernstein on the problem with the Republican message in this election year.
* When they say 'dignity' what they mean is...
* Linking extreme weather to climate change.
* Rethinking the parking lot.
* The spacecraft Cassini is en route to examine Saturn's moon, Enceladus.
* Yes, we want to see more strong female characters in our mass media. But what we mean is...

Re dignity, it sounds as though the goal is to starve out all the poor people until only the "dignified" classes are left. Of course, that just ends up dragging everybody down.

"And remember, my people, there is no shame in being poor -- only in dressing poorly!"-- Bunny in Z:TGB.
