In Theaters: John Carter

As noted by others, John Carter doesn't deserve the reputation it's getting. The movie is a fun fantasy action flick, pulpy and entertaining. No, it's not going to win any Oscars, and some of the plot point are a little... telegraphed. But we get some interesting twists, nifty co-stars (Woola has a posse,) dastardly villains, a lineup of B-level stars, and epic-scale fight scenes on an alien planet. Worth checking out if that sounds like your thing.

Trailers tomorrow, because wow, there was a horde of them.
