less-enigmatic follow-up

So M.'s throat was hurting yesterday, she hit the clinic for a strep test, came back negative. Started hurting worse in the evening, making talking and swallowing painful. After midnight o'clock, things weren't better, made a run to the hospital. IV to get fluids in her, plus steroids and antibiotics. She's doing better now, talking and everything, but, scary stuff.

All plans on hold for the next few days.
