Courtesy... mscongeneality, I think?

Tales from the Maid Cafe: a peak inside another wacky Japanese subcultural... thing. Which then turns into an interesting explanation of why Japan isn't really as weird and foreign as we think when we read these things and laugh about them over here. Definitely an interesting read.
