On this day in 1853, an expedition led by Commodore Matthew Perry arrived in Yedo Bay in Japan, on a mission to seek diplomatic and trade relations with the Japanese.

Over the weekend, finally caught I'm With Busey. It's somewhat, unconvincing. They're going for an Ozzy thing with Gary Busey being really crazy, but it doesn't come across like he's actually that crazy, really. I mean, if he was playing a character, I would totally buy it. But Gary? hmmm.

Sunday was also a second viewing of 28 Days Later. I still dig it in a big way.

Hopefully, got a second copy of the Comic Book Superheroes Unmasked documentary last night, fingers remain crossed.

Last night also featured A Murder of Crows, a vaguely interesting (if at least partially unbelievable murder mystery with Cuba Gooding Jr. (starring as The Fugitive,) Tom Berenger (starring as Fred Ward) and Eric Stoltz (starring as a more jovial American Psycho.) It was fine, but really just a made-for-cable thriller.

Work still goofy. More later.
