I wish someone would come up with an alternative that didn't suck. Maggie loves those stupid Barbie Fairytopia movies, and they are so derivative that it sucks. We don't buy them for her.

The "dead zone" phenomenon sounds similar to the pfiesteria outbreak in the Chesapeake a few years back.
