Yes, I have been bad about updating, but you didn't come here to read apologies. Down to business.
Work has been foul and heavy, with lots of busy work distracting me from the important projects on which I am procrastinating.
Tasty dinner with Latinate and the Red Queen last night, cooked by the former. Reminded me I should learn to cook one of these days, or at least get more practice in.
Capsule ratings:
Queen of the Damned is the perfect example of when you set your sights so low for a movie, that if it even exceeds these by one degree, you end up feeling good after the film. Anyways, this is worth the rental for the concert scene alone. Aaliyah was actually good in it, but it's not exactly a deep part.
Resident Evil is everything a guy could want in a zombie-killin' video game movie. 'Nuff said. Michelle Rodriguez has quite the future in genre films ahead of her.
Blade 2 was as good as the first. Stylish, stupid fun. I love Wesley Snipes, and Wesley Snipes loves his work.
And I thoroughly enjoyed Wrestlemania X-8 as well, thanks for asking. We won't discuss the Oscars, I don't know why I bother getting my hopes up anymore.
I had to remove worsticons from worsticons from my friends' list because it was just too spammy. Funny, but yeah.
