we're all going to miss our little Eskimo...

The film is often mentioned in the same breath as the likes of Mean Girls and Clueless due to its subject matter and snappy dialogue, but Heathers features a dark streak unmatched by its descendants. Musical version sounds horrible. I knew Heathers was dark, but clearly I missed some of the darkness, before. I get why the comparison to Election, in the article.
